- We have fully functional telemarketing stations. All of them can be equipped according to specific needs of our customer.
- We currently have available 50 telemarketing stations. They can be used for incoming or outgoing calls, daily, weekly, monthly, in single or double shift or 24 hour up and running time.
- We have SAN Authorization and DNC List access valid through may 2010.

- We comply with all technical terms and conditions set by the client, such as phone call recording, quality control protocols, data storage and transfer via FTP.
- Servers and Wide Band dedicated Channels for data and communication.

- We assign passwords to team members so they can access our LAN according with their position and responsibilities. These parameters allow them only to reach the data concerning to their job.
- Data transmission is always encrypted.
- All data given or obtained will be given back, will be saved as long as they need it, or destroyed at the end of every campaign.
